It’s without a doubt that the coolest (and most comfortable) shoe trend to wear right now is the retro sneaker. We’re seeing the look everywhere: on the streets, on style bloggers, and of course in the DSW offices. Some of our favorite sneaker brands like Adidas and New Balance have created these vintage-inspired kicks, but the styles have been freshened up a bit for this decade—think neon stripes, bright laces, and soft pastels. They’re a throwback to your dad’s favorite pair from the 70s (but we’re not rocking them with the short-shorts this time around).

And since these sneakers have us feeling super nostalgic, we partnered with retro-loving clothing brand Homage to show exactly what kicks we plan to be rocking all spring long. Homage is a vintage, sport-inspired brand based in Columbus, Ohio, and their clothes highlight major sports moments, iconic coaches, and the classic “underdog stories” of American athletics. But the very best part of their clothes? Their tees and sweatshirts might be softest things we’ve ever owned. You’ve GOT to check them out.

Comfy, cool kicks + cozy, vintage tees? Count. Us. In.
