Trendy sneakers and refreshing beer: they just go hand in hand. We visited Craig and Laticia of Pigskin Brewing Company in Columbus, Ohio, to ask about the history of Pigskin and the stories behind some of their most popular brews. Happy hour after work today? Definitely a GO.

Bartender Laticia was kind enough educate us about some of the brewery’s biggest hits. Check ’em out:

Gose beer is made from malted wheat and malted barley that is spiced with coriander, salt, and hops. While it originated in the 16th century in Goslar, Germany, it is an up and coming beer in the United States and is distinguished by its sour, salty taste.

Bullboxer Versos Mid-Top Sneaker $89.95 (Compare at $120)

This craft beer has a higher sugar content than most beers and a high ABV—so drink responsibly! Its taste slightly resembles an IPA, but it's slightly more bitter (yet sweet!).

Studio Ink Wareham Slip-On Sneaker $49.95

This old-fashioned beer is ideal for the tailgater who wants to kick back more than one. It’s a darker beer with coffee notes and a caramelized malt taste. A little bit nutty, it’s light enough to enjoy on a warm day.

Aldo Castagnana Mid-Top Sneaker $59.95 (Compare at $80)

Pigskin Brewing Company officially opened in February of this year. According to Craig, it started as an idea and a dream—to find a way to capture the sensation of happiness and total satisfaction and to find a way to share it with the world. The founders decided to combine their favorite pastimes of beer and sports into a brand that would allow everyone to experience this feeling of "Victory in every sip." C-Bus folks: Check them out!
